What is MintWire AI Receptionist?
It is an AI receptionist for service businesses. It handles website chat and structured intake, answers from approved business knowledge, captures leads, and routes uncertain or sensitive requests to a human operator.
What happens after payment?
Checkout submission starts the paid setup path, but setup state is controlled by verified Stripe webhook/payment confirmation. Browser redirect alone does not create a live tenant or grant paid activation.
What is included now?
Website chat, structured request form, knowledge-base answers, lead capture, handoff rules, and the operator inbox are available now. Email Intake and Availability are available modules with setup constraints.
Which channels are planned but not connected?
Voice AI is coming soon and not connected. WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram DM are planned channels and are not connected.
What setup data should I prepare?
Prepare your business profile, services and prices, FAQs, policies, opening/contact info, handoff rules, brand details, and source materials such as website copy, menus, PDFs, or internal notes.
Why is setup review required before go-live?
The AI should only answer from reviewed customer source material. Setup review prevents vague, outdated, or conflicting facts from becoming live customer-facing behavior.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract is required. Authenticated paid workspaces can manage payment method, invoices, and cancellation in Stripe Billing Portal if those options are enabled in Stripe settings. Setup support remains the fallback path.
